Adobe MAX 2026 Runs 10–12 November in Miami Beach: What the AI Session List Says Before Any Announcements

Adobe's own guide to MAX 2026 gives the dates and lists the AI sessions. It names no new products, so this is a preview of themes, not news of releases.
Dates and format
Adobe's guide to the AI sessions, published on 21 September, says MAX 2026 runs from 10 to 12 November in Miami Beach, with an online edition. We mention this because third-party pages we found give other dates and cities, and one lists features that look carried over from earlier years. Where they differ, use Adobe's own site.
The sessions that touch video and film
From the guide:
- AI for Motion Design: Integrating Gen AI into After Effects, 12 November, with Eran Stern, on using generative AI for ideation and simpler composites.
- Small Teams, Big Looks: AI Workflows for Premium Brand Content, 10 and 12 November, with DGA director AJ Bleyer, covering Adobe's generative AI across pre-production, production and post.
- Build Worlds Faster: A Hybrid AI Workflow in Photoshop, 10 November, with Don Allen III.
- Set Out Without Fear: Why AI is Not Our Creative Titanic, 10 November, with Laura Jordan Bambach, on using AI as a creative partner.
- Sessions on Firefly with Photoshop and Illustrator, and on editorial layouts, round out the list.
Adobe's page also notes that Premiere will receive a 2026 Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy Award. Adobe published its own announcement of that on 3 September.
What the guide does not say
It does not announce products or features, and the page we read gives no keynote times. Session titles show themes: hybrid workflows, small teams and generative AI inside familiar apps. They do not show what will ship.
Why it matters to a filmmaker
Our 11 October piece covered generation arriving on the Premiere timeline. MAX is where Adobe tends to show where that goes next, and the session list suggests the pitch will be "hybrid" workflows, with human craft and generation mixed. If you use Adobe tools, plan a look at the announcements. If you do not, the questions to ask are the same as for any suite: where do generated clips live, which models are used, and what provenance data stays attached?
What to watch
Announcements during MAX itself, which models Firefly and Premiere offer, and whether Adobe says how generated media is labelled inside a project.
RenderBob 3 and this story
RenderBob 3's pitch is simpler than a suite: generation is a lane on the timeline, with local or cloud chosen per clip and references and prompt logs kept with the studio.
